You have the flexibility to reschedule a booked class by providing us with 24-hour notice, allowing changes up to 7 days before or after the original class time.
Can I cancel a class?
You can cancel a class by giving us 24-hour notice, and we will convert it into a credit, which you can book in addition to classes purchased with your new price plan.
Do you offer group classes?
Not at the moment, but check back in the future as we may expand to providing group sessions.
Can I change tutor?
Yes, you can change a tutor any time for free.
What exam boards do you follow?
We support a wide range of exam boards, including AQA, Edexcel, OCR, and WJEC.
Are the lessons in-person or online?
Our sessions are delivered exclusively online.
Are the lessons live or pre-recorded?
Our lessons are conducted live and recorded for later access.
Is Online Tutoring Safe?
All our tutors are carefully screened and selected based on their professional experience and qualifications, so you can be sure that you are receiving the highest quality online education.
How can I prepare for my online session?
- Choose a location with few interruptions and little ambient noise.
- If you can hardwire your computer, you will experience less lag and have more clarity.
- Have your assignment or draft paper handy on your computer to share with your tutor.
- Have a phone handy. You can still share your screen and have a conference using your phone.
Will I work with a real tutor?
Yes, one of our tutors will be live with you.
Do I need a special program on my computer for online tutoring?
No, you will be sent a Zoom link by WhatsApp. Click on the link and you will be prompted to download a plugin that only takes a few seconds, and then you will be connected to the website for the meeting.
Can the tutor get access to my computer?
No, only you have access to your computer.
